Join the team behind the scenes at Pumpkin Fest at the Princess and Christmas at the Princess — where festive fun meets five-star service!With over 250,000 visitors and national recognition from People Magazine, CNN, and more, these signature celebrations bring unforgettable experiences to life — and we’re looking for energetic, dependable Barbacks to help us deliver the cheer, one cocktail at a time.Reporting to the General Manager, Pool Complex & Seasonal Events, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceDisplay precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusionsEnsure the proper set up of all stations in the assigned outlet Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageSet up and striking of event space, prior and post – eventOther duties as assigned
