Elk Creek Trailers is Expanding we are building a Brand new 14,0000 Square Foot Shop and Fabrication facility, a specialty trailer manufacturer shop is looking for goal oriented, creative and experienced Plumber or a Plumbers Helper seeking challenging and unique work.

Key Responsibilities:
-Work well in a team environment so that budgets and schedules are met.
-Be able to follow direction so that projects are completed safety and profitably.
Personal Attributes and Skills Need to be Successful:
. Ideal Candidates would have some general knowledge of basic house Plumbing working with PEX and PVC would be helpful but is NOT necessary, if you are quick on your feet, can solve simple problems, a handyman type of person we are looking for you
.Must be steady, decisive, flexible and friendly
.Must strive for continuous improvement, accepting responsibility for results, and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
.Be able to work overtime when needed
.Ideally Have Residential Plumbing experience
.Be experienced with PEX & PVC Plumbing and General Plumbing Knowledge
.Ability to read tape measure
.Experienced in holding tight tolerances
.Stand for long periods of time (we provide ergonomic mats)
.Enjoy learning an array of different skills and processes
.Keep an organized workspace
.Have consistent attendance
.Work well with other internal departments
.Valid driver’s license required
.Ability to Stand, Stoop, kneel, crawl, lay, bend, squat, and walk for long periods of time
.Ability to lift 75 pounds
Schedule:
Full-Time, 40-hours per week
4-DAY WORK WEEK Monday-Thursday
Willing to work overtime as needed

This is a long-term Full-time position
1-week paid time off accrued 1st year
2-weeks paid time off after 2nd year
Weekly Fuel allowance
