Need Experienced Finish Carpenter
1) Replace 4 Pre-Hung Exterior Doors w/ Full Glass View Doors (2x6 Walls)
2) 1 Laod Bearing Wall cut out with LVL Replacement Beam = half wall counter height looking into kitchen.
3) 4 interior framed non load bearing walls
4) Possible Deck Addition - To Be Determined - New Wrap Around Deck for Back Deck (Frame Only + flooring & railing) 12ft deep (away from house) x 30ft Long = 360 sq
Wotk requires an initial onsite meeting consultation to go over the job, specs, etc.
Tools Required by Carpenter Contractor
- Table Saw (owner also has)
- Miter Saw
- Framing Nailer, Finish Nailer, Brad Nailer
- Hammer, other common carpenter tools
Must provide pictures of past work and references.
Owner of cabin will provide all materials (wood studs, nails, brackets, doors, etc as needed)
Just show up and start working! Can work by the hour, day or the job.
Offer is $30 Hour CASH paid weekly.
Job is in Pine, AZ. Preferred if contractor lives nearby in Payson.
