Join Salvatore Vineyards in Elgin, AZ as we seek a full-time Cellar Apprentice to be an integral part of our winemaking team. We are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about wine and eager to learn the art and science of winemaking.
As a Cellar Apprentice at Salvatore Vineyards, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of wine production, from vine to bottle. You will work closely with our experienced winemakers, gaining hands-on experience in winery sanitation, cellar organization, and all facets of wine production.

Skills/Experience Required:
Ability to work long hours and outside in all conditions
Ability to lift at least 50 lb.
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Willingness and ability to work 6 to 7 days/week during harvest
Previous winery production experience (at least 1 harvest)
Willingness to take direction and follow work orders through to completion
Ability to multitask in a fluid environment
Willingness to take on new tasks and learn new skills
Ability to work with others and independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Some full time winery experience
Forklift Experience
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to problem solve
