Essential Job Functions Ministry:Reinforce the mission of Stars to move people across the parking lot to CCV Ensure More Than A Game elements like huddles, cards, and prayer are taking placeBuilding relationships with Stars families & coachesGuide coaches and volunteers to grow in their next stepsProgramming:Recruiting and training volunteers for coaches, guest services, and field opsSupport volunteer coaches as needed during practices and gamesOperations:Ensure facility ready for all practices/games (signage, equipment, fields/courts, restrooms, etc)Manage and steward facility and equipment/inventoryOversee safety and quality of facility, handling minor repairs and communicating with landscapersMiscellaneous:Variable schedule including 2 nights a week and Saturdays on the fields during seasonAssist and contribute to non-Stars related campus wide events
