We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Office Manager / Property Manager with strong bookkeeping and account management skills.
This position involves overseeing property operations while maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
Must have:
Proven bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks required)
Strong understanding of income and expense management
Ability to track accounts payable/receivable, reconcile statements, and generate reports
Property management experience (tenant coordination, vendor management, rent tracking)
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day office operations
Recording and reconciling property income and expenses
Maintaining QuickBooks and property files
Coordinating maintenance, vendors, and tenants
Preparing summaries and reports for ownership
