Inclusive of, but not limited to: IT Services Operations provided to internal and external customers, supported infrastructure, process design and implementation. Responsibilities included ensuring that best practices are followed in the operationalizing of all infrastructure and IT processes are followed.CORE FUNCTIONS

Accountable for relationships and communication between strategy/management teams and technical and service delivery teams (product owners, engineers, developers, QA teams, etc.). Assist in formulating system scope and objectives relative to the company’s requirements. Act in conjunction with management teams to provide knowledge, guidance, research and fact-finding expertise to define, design and modify specifications and processes of complex information systems.

Act as an integral conduit in the creation and communication of strategic plans between product managers and all service delivery teams. As well as communicate and work with cybersecurity, software development, quality assurance and design teams. Translate and/or support emerging customer needs and technologies into actionable business terms and associated plans.

Provide leadership and mentorship to team members in the areas of strategy, external research and benchmarking, best-practice analysis, business analysis, and ultimately implementation of infrastructure or end-point solutions to our customers.

Manage the process of Business Governance and prioritization of all enhancement requests. Assure that the proper business case has been provided and the solution fits with overall strategic direction.

Establish and manage an effective dashboard of metrics that communicates objectives of initiatives and the progress towards specific goals to product managers, leadership and Service delivery teams. Educate and influence business leaders on the most effective use of infrastructure and end-point computing from both a short-term and long-term perspective.

Design and administer complex standards and policies regarding application, technology and end user customer documentation. Ensure that department and company standards are implemented and consistently adhered to.

Review and consult on design and content of IT projects to ensure consistency across technology platforms, efficiency and lack of redundancy, appropriateness of statistical analysis, and relevance to business and strategic objectives.

Develop solutions by applying accepted processes and create new approaches to leverage technology from abstract information.

Develop test plans. Lead internal and external user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure regression analyses and testing is completed as part of the plan. Create necessary documentation, information and support materials needed to successfully launch and maintain a solution. Create project specifications. Establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Develop a general understanding of business requirements to distinguish user requests from underlying business and process needs.

MINIMUM QUAIFICATIONSMust possess a strong technical and business knowledge as typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience.Must have a successful track record of leading the delivery of digital products using methodologies and practices based on Agile values and principles.Must also have in-depth knowledge of concepts within job function as would normally be obtained in seven plus years’ work experience in the field. Certain assignments require certification or credentialing in designated area. Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of information technology and healthcare. Needs experience in large scale project planning and reporting either individual or team. Requires communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Requires the ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels. Incumbent will have skills to mentor less experienced team members.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBS in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Project management experience. General knowledge of healthcare industry.Previous experience working as a Product Owner or managing agile processes within a large team providing IT Infrastructure and Operations services.
