Looking for a Front of House Manager for Iron John’s Brewing Company’s restaurant and
taproom at 5350 E Broadway Blvd. Tucson, AZ.
We are a local, family owned and operated brewery and restaurant. The Iron John’s brand also
owns Juniper, a gin focused bar in downtown Tucson. Our focus is making true to style beer
flavored beer, delicious pizza made in an oven imported from Italy, and burgers reminiscent of
the old Monkey Burger menu.
Full time position, 35-40hrs(days/nights/weekend availability).
Pay is hourly + tip pool.
1+ years of management/leadership experience required.
Must have Food Manager Certification and Title 4 Liquor Certification.
Key points/responsibilities of position, but not limited to:
-scheduling
-hiring/firing as needed
-training new hires and keeping staff up to date on changes
-execute daily operations and ensure staff can follow suit when you are not in the business
-be responsive to employee feedback and communication at all times
-handle customer feedback appropriately and in a timely manner
-work with ownership on ideas and promotions to help grow the business
-cleanliness of facilities
-lead by example in all roles
-work side by side with staff in all day parts
-inventory management and ordering
-work with BOH manager and staff on seamless operations
