Direct Care Worker needed in Safford, AZ

As a Direct Care Worker, you will monitor the member to ensure they are taking their medication correctly. You will also be looking out for seizures and will follow proper seizure control when an emergency occurs. Member is a young adult living in the family home and requires 2:1 staffing 24/7 due to elopement risks - within arms reach during walking hours and within eye sight during sleep. Preference for staff who truly wants to be a part of the team - comfortable keeping an open line of communication with the family.
