Our team is looking for a Hygienist that is a team player with excellent communication skills to join our Dental Family. Base salary $45-$50 per hour, paid vacation and sick time, 401k with 3% match, free dental work for the employee and their immediate family members, paid hourly wages for approved CE and license fees, and participation in our office bonus plan are all available to new employees. Our hours are as follows: (Week One Monday- Thursday 7am-4pm, Week Two Tuesday-Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-2pm. Repeat.) We believe in our teams family life, hence based on our schedule every other weekend is a 4 day weekend.
A Dental Hygienist on our team is expected to have excellent communication skills both with patients and other team members. They also should have a valid Dental Hygiene License in Arizona and be certified to take X-rays and deliver Local Anesthetic. Being soft tissue laser certified is recommended and or the willingness to get this certification. treatment.
