Apartment Maintenance & Parts Installer (Tucson)
AKP Services is and established general contracting company serving the Tucson and Phoenix valley for over 20 years. We are looking for technicians to join our renovation team. This job is for putting in NEW parts in an unoccupied apartment or condo.
The parts are lights, ceiling fans, vanities, Cabinet Doors, Drawer Pulls, etc.
Applicants should be self-motivated, willing to learn with an exceptional work ethic. You might also be experienced in light plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs and painting. This is a great opportunity for anyone you want to learn the renovations business in apartment maintenance.
We offer competitive hourly rate. Medical benefits. PTO and sick time after a 90 period.
If you prefer being your own boss, we also have a sub-contractor for you and your crew for those that meet our criteria.
