Integrity Automotive & Diesel is privately owned and has been an established company in the NW Tucson area for over 18 years. We are looking to hire a hard-working Auto Mechanic to join our team. As one of our technicians, your main responsibilities would revolve around diagnosing and repairing our customers’ vehicles following manufacturer and company standards.
The ideal candidate would have extensive automotive repair experience with a proven track record.
Automotive Technician/Mechanic Job Responsibilities
Properly diagnose and repair automotive concerns bumper to bumper.
Conducting thorough inspections with efficiency and accuracy
Recommend and clearly document needed repairs, as well as maintenance needs to keep the customer’s vehicle in good running condition.
Communicate with non-mechanical individuals about technical diagnostics and needed repairs.
Comply with manufacturer specifications and guidelines throughout the repair/servicing process.
Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the Service Manager or Store Manager.
Work well with other technicians on the team.

Automotive Technician/Mechanic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience of prior automotive repair experience.
Personal Tools.
Current and valid driver’s license.
ASE certification is not required but is a plus.
Hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, able to pass criminal background and drug screen.
