LANDSCAPERS (FULL TIME)
Responsible for landscape maintenance of properties in Tucson and surrounding areas,
5AM - 2PM Monday - Friday. (Hours vary by season)
Company vehicle provided while on the clock, must have own transportation to travel to and from main office.
Pay is Based on Experience and position
Ranging from
$14.50 - $16.00 Laborers (wage based on experience and ability to drive) + Benefits
Leads Starting at $17.00 - $20.00 + Benefits
(Leads/Foreman MUST HAVE VALID AZ DL - wage based on experience and ability to drive)
WE PAY EVERY WEEK ON FRIDAY!
We are also hiring for the following:
Irrigation Technician - Driver License REQUIRED
Crew Leads Needed - Drivers License REQUIRED
Laborers Needed - Driver License Recommended but not required
Proper Pruning Knowledge
Leadership & Communication Skills
Experience with Irrigation and Timers a PLUS
Full Time with Competitive Wages
Certification for Spray Tech MUST be Valid
LANDSCAPE duties include but are not limited to trimming, weeding, mowing, raking, and debris removal. Employees must be quality-focused and can work at an efficient pace. Position is physically demanding requiring employees to perform repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, etc.
-Benefits for all Full-Time positions, include healthcare, 401K, and paid time off.
-Positions driving company vehicles must have a clean valid AZ driver's license for the last 5 years.
-No at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
-Candidate must have verifiable work experience for 1 year or more within the last 5 years.
-Prior experience preferred but not required.
-Must pass a background check.
-Must pass a drug screen.
