Overview:
Great opportunity for part-time work in the legal field. This position provides on-site legal research for national companies. Position is ideal for journalism or law student or paralegal looking to expand research skills. Knowledge of legal procedure and ability to comprehend and analyze legal documents is preferred. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, communicates well, responsive, and technologically savvy.
Responsibilities:
Daily on-site work at the Pima County Superior courthouse (3pm).
Responsible for reviewing daily case submissions.
Complete online case templates and writing summary.
May require scanning and uploading qualifying litigation documents upon request.
Qualifications:
Part-time Contract Position; Located on-site at Pima County Superior Court; Monday to Friday afternoons; 1 +/- hour commitment; Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly-organized. Has own computer and internet.
