Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 7- 3:30 p.m. M-F
Job Summary:
The Hardware Quality Control position is responsible for aiding in the quality check process of screen-printed apparel as well as the manual addition of custom hardware onto apparel noted by the work order.
Job Responsibilities:
Properly inspect garment for top quality, size and fold garments using an auto folding machine
Separate any bad quality printed garments
Iron fusing material, puncture holes, grommets, and attach hardware
Organize production in orderly fashion while keeping count
Must help team meet daily/weekly goals
Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols
Qualifications:
Previous experience in packaging preferred. Candidates are expected to learn all responsibilities in an adequate time frame
Must have a good understanding of quality print standards and to be able to differentiate the bad from good quality prints
Must possess basic Excel skills
Basic iron application skills
Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills
Ability to handle a physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability
