The successful candidate will be organized and goal oriented. With limited instruction/supervision review Purchase Orders requirements to ensure company compliance; create detailed inspection plans based on customer prints; Inspect product and complete AS9102 documentation
Provide leadership and direction for the inspection staff including scheduling.
Solve and provide resolution to manufacturing quality issues.
Interface with customers concerning quality issues.
Maintain and improve QMS to fit business needs.
Qualifications: Experience with AS9100/ISO systems; proficient with use of CMM and standard mechanical inspection equipment; understanding of inspection methodology.
Desired Qualifications: Proficient with the use of Discus software; Net-Inspect software; JobBoss software; familiarity with Honeywell quality requirements; familiarity with Raytheon quality requirements.
