We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Provide a "one-on-one" retail shopping experience to customers. Customer Service/Satisfaction-making the customer our priority #1, assuring continued to do repeat business with our company.
Showroom Floor Support – Greeting Customers on the showroom floor, assisting them in locating items and answering questions about products and pricing. Providing customers with recommendations and guiding them to the right products or solution.
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Product Knowledge of Med-Tech's In-Stock and special order products & services.
Retail merchandising - Stock Shelves & Price items
Maintain Retail Store - Dusting/Mopping/Sweeping
Process Incoming orders
Customer check-out
Technician / Perform maintenance; Assembly of Medical Equipment
Able to lift 50+ pounds
Strong verbal/telephone communication skills with a focus taking care of the customer.
Proficient in MS Office.
Must be able to speak clearly and distinctly using proper grammar.
Must have excellent customer service skills, relating to customer satisfaction, conflict avoidance/resolution & willingness to learn.
Must be willing to provide a "one-on-one" retail shopping experience to customers, helping them make buying decisions.
Must have reliable transportation & reliable child care if applicable.
