We are hiring Equipment Operators for Wheel Loaders, Motor Graders, Excavators, ect., We don't run anything small. So if you have skid steer, or mini excavator experience it is not the same.
You must be able to check equipment fluids daily, complete great pre and post trip inspections on the equipment. You must care for the equipment as if it is your own. Important facts such as spinning the tires, excessive teeth wear on bucks and aggressive operating of equipment is not acceptable.
