We are seeking a skilled Residential Remodeler to join our team remodeling/renovating apartments in a Class A student apartment community. In this role, you will be responsible for executing residential kitchen and bathroom remodels. All interior work.
Responsibilities
Execute remodeling projects according to specifications and quality standards.
Install drywall, new kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, tiles, and other fixtures as required.
Convert bathtubs to showers including new drain placement.
Ensure all work is plumb, level, and meets safety regulations.
Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure durability and aesthetics.
Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various construction tasks.
Collaborate with construction management to plan project timelines and resource allocation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the remodeling process.
Requirements
Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
Strong skills in drywall installation, cabinet installation, tile laying, and plumbing.
Familiarity with concrete forming techniques is a plus.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
