Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Superintendent to join our asphalt client's team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a superintendent in the asphalt laying industry. Working on city and government contracts, they will need experience with Sealcoat and CrackSeal practices. They will be working closely with strategic leadership and the tactical teams of workers. They should have good communication skills and time management skills as they will be managing multiple projects at a time.Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for managing the Crews in all of their duties relative to the project
Understanding the projects fully through weekly connections with leadership
Coordinating Project Resources such as labor, equipment, and scheduling
Monitor project budgets for labor and material
Assist as needed in maintaining the Bill of Materials, ensuring that all materials are procured on site as scheduled for the work

2+ years of Superintendent level experience in the Asphalt Industry
5+ years of field experience in the Asphalt Industry
Experience with both Sealcoat and CrackSeal practices
Microsoft Suite Experience (Excel, Outlook, etc)
High School Diploma or GED
Clean Driving Record - Bachelor's Degree null
