No relocation assistance. Who We Are Looking For: The Data Insights Analyst is a critical role in the identifying whitespace opportunities across multiple apparel categories for Intradeco Holdings. The Data Insights Analyst would leverage available data sources to drive sales growth and help secure new product placement.

Identify growth opportunities for current and new product categories.

Deliver insights to accelerate omni performance with item-level analysis and category reporting and deliver strategic advice.

Provide a unique perspective to customer insights based on trends, analyzing competitor’s activities to position across products, categories, promotion performance, and channels.

Analyze competitor’s activities and positioning across products, categories, advertising, and channels.

Provides an explanation of analytical capabilities for score-carding, sales loss/gain, and executive overview of category performance.

Make the customer’s shopping experience simpler and enjoyable.

Provide explanation of analytical capabilities for tracking item level performance, issues, opportunities, and new item performance.

Identifies assortment gaps, auditing competitive pricing, communicating share gain/loss, macro trends and using syndicated data.

Leverages demographic data to understand differences in customer preferences.

Analyze retail strategies to optimize category sales growth.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies.

Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior.

Who You Are :

4-6 years experience in apparel data analysis, retail buying or related roles is preferred.

Proficient with Walmart Luminate Shopper Behavior and Channel Performance.

Strong understanding of apparel market, fashion trends, and consumer preferences.

Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial analysis to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Ability to pay close attention to product quality, specifications, and pricing details.

Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities to develop and execute category strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance of change .

Bachelor’s in business administration preferred or job experience in inventory planning, replenishment, sales.

Demonstrated ability in analyzing data, formulating recommendations, and developing presentations.

Strong computer skills related to database management, Microsoft Power BI

Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentation skills), manage time effectively, build relationships across disciplines, and exercise varying degrees of judgment, independence, and discretion.
