This mission serves as the foundation for every decision we make and drives us to create the future of retail.As a Senior Manager, Product Development, your product expertise, customer insight, & vision for the industry will allow you to create businesses in OTC Health & Wellness products at Walmart. You will have the opportunity to create first of a kind innovative products and to determine future product strategies across a wide range of categories. You will combine deep customer insights with technical understanding to bring to life best-in class products through the development of product specifications which are tailored to meet the customer's needs. You will directly work with merchants to influence the OTC Health & Wellness industry as a top expert at Walmart.You'll sweep us off our feet if:
You have a passion for developing successful businesses and have an attention to detail in the product development fundamentals of customer insights, trend development, brand development, formulation, & manufacturing.
You are comfortable at influencing the industry at all levels, ingredient manufacturers, finished product manufacturers, national brands, special interest groups, regulatory agencies, & academia and can integrate those perspectives into successful business opportunities.
