They need to be SME and really know their way around Apache Spark, Big Data, Java and strong development. Must also be very proficient with Java from a true understanding of being able to do much more than coding. They need to understand how to manipulate code as the team hits roadblocks and can adjust/adapt on the fly. Will provide an interface for programming entire clusters with implicit data parallelism and fault tolerances.
