We need honest, self motivated SKILLED carpenter $15 hr plus $100 bonus for SKIED CARPENTER. We need a 20' outside wall taken down then replaced with plywood/metal siding, the wall has 2-36x64" windows. We also need a small amout of renovation on the front of the building then covered with metal siding. Inside that building we need about a 10x5' area of floor replaced. You have to know what you are doing/work with out adding more hours to the clock/no setting/phone calls or going back and forth to your truck/car ect
2nd job with $100 bonus:
We also need the top of a front porch repaired with plywood/metal siding. The porch area below needs sanded/painted plus a drip edge around both home/other bldg. We pay $15 hr will another $100 bonus for accuracy as outlined above.
3rd job with bonus
We need black pipe laid down for our septic tank/the pipe needs to be underground $50 bonus plus $15 hr. On all 3 jobs you will need to follow instructions with NO cell phone/alcohol or drugs or we will have to let you go and ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING. We are 40 min west of Ft. Smith, 20 min from either Sallisaw or Spiro, 30 min from Keota/poteau & about 2 miles from Cowlington OK. You must have a car/ride with valid drivers license.
