Luggage Customer Service Representatives in Little Rock, AR to provide professional, high quality, customer-oriented assistance to customers, appearance must be neat and clean (uniform dress code), serve as expert to the facility to assist customers with their luggage from the outside curb to inside the building, ensure customer and luggage remain together during assistance, provide exceptional communication with knowledge of the facility and with interactions with the public giving directions and responding to inquiries, be able to stoop and lift luggage (average 75 lbs. and less), make every effort to assist as many customers as possible every day.
