Provide inbound customer service and support for national client accounts
Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
Follow client guidelines and T-Gevity procedures to ensure quality service
Work remotely using T-Gevity’s systems and tools

At least 6 months of customer service experience
