Point Of Use- Auto Store

The Auto Store Point of Use (PoUP) Operator ensures efficient material flow and order fulfillment within the warehouse. This position supports picking, packing, labeling, Auto Store loading, and point-of-use supply replenishment to maintain productivity and accuracy across all operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Accuracy & FulfillmentAccurately pick, pack, and label customer orders per established procedures.Perform quality checks before packing to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors.Manifest and label shipments accurately for parcel and freight orders.Stack and stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.Point of Use (PoUP) Provider & Material FlowMaintain supply levels at operator workstations (labels, boxes, tape, etc.).Proactively refill supplies and escalate shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.Support continuous material flow by moving pallets, managing trash, and ensuring all packing areas remain stocked and organized.Auto Store OperationsAccurately load product into the Auto Store system by scanning each item.Monitor inventory levels and perform restocks in a timely manner.Report any Auto Store or equipment malfunctions immediately to the Supervisor.Cross-Functional Support & SafetyAssist with pick and put-away operations as needed.Participate in cross-training for multiple warehouse functions to ensure coverage and flexibility.Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.Attendance and punctuality are essential job functions.
