As a Shift Lead, you’ll work alongside the team while helping direct the shift, maintain high standards, solve problems, and create a positive, productive work environment.You’ll still help customers, make pizzas, clean, stock, and support daily operations — but you’ll also begin taking responsibility for the performance of the shift and the team around you.Previous management experience is helpful, but not always required.
