Accountant

Opportunity:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to provide full accounting support of our North American offices and coordination with overseas offices. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders locally and in overseas offices to ensure a flawless execution. We are currently working a 4/1 hybrid schedule, and only local candidates will be considered.Responsibilities:Handle full accounting functions, including general ledger maintenanceManage accounts payable and receivablePerform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesHandle payroll and benefits administration for North American offices and prepare required filingsComplete monthly closing activities and prepare financial reportingMaintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock recordsOversee trade credit management - credit applications, limit monitoring, insurer/broker liaisonSupport external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
