Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities:· You shall carry out all of your responsibilities by applying and maintaining a culture of ethics and integrity in accordance with the values and standards of our Code of Conduct and Compliance Management System.· Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements that are defined within set work instructions· Maintain regulatory compliance with local accounting standards and practices· Inter-company international transfers· Oversees Accounts Payable (collection of past due accounts)/Accounts Receivable activity· Tax experience -income, state, county and city· Work with Supply Chain Department to ensure adequate processes are in place for inventory control· Handle costing for Bill of Materials(BOM)· Handle capital expenditures· Analyzes financial reports· Manage general ledger and assist with month-end/year-end close activity· Assist the US Finance Manager with budget/forecasting models as assigned· Develop standard ad hoc reports to support business objectives· Conduct research as needed during internal and external auditor activity· Provide accurate and timely accounting assistance across the company· Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws· Adheres to all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements that are defined within set work instructions· Perform other related duties, special projects or assignments as requiredQualifications(knowledge, skills and abilities):· B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance· Minimum of 5 years of previous related experience (portion of the experience being in a manufacturing setting preferred)· Strong analytical and problem solving skills· Interpersonal communication and presentation skills· Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS)Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PMFriday you may work from home.
