Job Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Process payroll accurately and on time
Prepare and maintain records using Excel and Word
Answer phones and assist clients with general inquiries
Provide administrative support and help manage daily office operations
Manage overseas Team for accounting and payroll support.
Requirements:
Practical working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
Payroll processing experience (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting office
Familiarity with tax preparation offices is a plus
