Busy civil works construction company is looking for a working experienced concrete foremen for immediate employment in Lancaster, CA. Competitive California Salary.
Must have solid knowledge and experience as follows:
Must be able to lay out projects and manage equipment, materials and crews.
Must be able to read civil plans, specs and soils reports. Must be able to set own elevations using laser equipment. Must be able to do take offs on concrete, lumber, rebar and other materials for placing orders. Must be able to adhere to estimated man hours and materials. Must be able to do finish concrete and how to manage concrete crews. Must have clean driving record. Must have great communication skills and be able to organize and maintain daily jobsite records.
