Qualifications
Proven experience as a Grading Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of grading and excavation techniques
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
Read plans and set grade
MUST HAVE FINISH BLADE/FINE GRADE EXPERIENCE
Coordinate and lead a team of skilled workers in grading and excavation activities
Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as motor grader, skip & scraper, paddle wheel scraper, loader and roller
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with team members to delegate tasks and provide guidance
