Welders & Fabricators Needed! Paso Robles, California or Bakersfield, California (Need 2 for each location)
Shift – (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Mon. – Fri.)
Salary - $19-$24/hr. (Welder) or $35-$45/hr. (Master Fabricator)
Master Fabricator
Requirements:
Self-starter with a good attitude and communication skills
Excellent fit up and fabrication skills utilizing power and hand tools, FCAW, GMAW, TiG and SMAW processes
Read and understand mechanical drawings
Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking in solo and team environments
A background in agriculture or heavy equipment is beneficial
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Willing to accept training, work overtime as required and travel
Valid CA Driver’s License
An advanced welding test is given during the interview

Requirements:

Experience with basic shop tools
Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking in solo and team environments
Experience around heavy machinery, forklifts, and pallet jacks
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Willing to accept training, work overtime as required
Valid CA Driver’s License
Bilingual is a plus!
