Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify funding sources to support programs and goals.
Write and submit grant proposals, reports, and budgets.
Conduct needs assessments, research projects, and program analyses.
Develop presentations, GIS maps, and other resources.
Support program fundraising initiatives and capital campaigns.
Represent the organization at meetings, events, and presentations.
Assist with strategic planning and resource development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
Experience: 1-3 years in grant writing, research, or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of program development, project management, and budgeting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines, collaborate effectively, and present to diverse audiences.
