Location: Brea, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Service Manager in Brea, CA!
Qualifications & Requirements:- Minimum years of experience in management - 5 HVAC service experience a must have or would construction/ industrial/ any other industry be considerable? 10 years
- Team size requirement (ie what's the minimum amount of people do they need to have managed) 25-30
- Open to relocating someone to open up the search to all of CA? Not yet
- How technical do they need to be? What should their background be? Was this guy a tech at some point in his career? Ideally this candidate came up through the ranks and understands Commercial HVAC heating and cooling solutions with a basic knowledge of controls. The primary skill set is managing people and understanding the service business side.
