Position Summary We are seeking a creative, talented and driven Software Implementation Consultant. If you seek the opportunity to join a dedicated team where you'll be able to make significant contributions and make a difference in communities by helping cities and counties operate more efficiently, we want to talk with you. To succeed in this role you should be a natural problem solver, bringing your ingenuity and creativity to bear while crafting innovative solutions. You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, flexibility, and an overall knack for collaborating with multiple stake holders to get things done. You will work closely with internal and external customers for the duration of the project to ensure successful delivery of the software environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also collaborate with our sales and technology teams to improve our software and services; recommending enhancements, verifying new functionality, and anticipating customer needs. The position works from home, in the vicinity of our headquarters located in Brea, California. Onboarding will be done onsite in our Brea office. Travel may be occasionally required depending on the project but is typically infrequent.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams for the duration of the project (typically 30 to 90 days).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Coach and prepare clients for successful rollouts of Our company solutions.
  • Prioritize and escalate issues when needed and keep project stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Work with third-party vendors when issues involve multiple systems.
  • Assist with data conversions by evaluating data, making decisions regarding how the data should be utilized, and coordinating with the data conversion developer to ensure accurate completion of the data conversion.
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and configure the software environment accordingly.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to learn their business and related needs.
  • Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
