What you’ll do:
Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as primary point of contact for logistics needs
Work with accounts on coordinating shipping activity by accepting bookings, collecting documentation and obtaining relevant compliance information
Complete import and export declaration filings
Track and trace
Invoice customer accurately for services rendered
Effectively solve problems, escalations and provide customer support
What You'll Need to be Successful:
A cover letter
High school degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
A can-do, customer-first attitude
Effective interpersonal skills
A strong desire to learn
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Work well in a team environment
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous Logistics experience a plus
Fluent in English
