- The Sample Coordinator is responsible for tracking status of samples for our client’s shop product launches to support photography and copy.
- They will be receiving packages from the mailroom, unboxing and identifying samples on a list.
- They will log the samples on various sheets, take references images, tag and store the physical samples so they are accessible to teams.
- There is a high volume of samples so they must be good at visually identifying items, have an understanding of the launch process, timing and a strong understanding of spreadsheets including Excel and various sheets on Google drive.
- They will also be expected to lift boxes of samples (up to 40 lbs), drive a vehicle (both company owned van and personal vehicles with mileage reimbursement) to deliver samples off site.
- They will need to keep documents updated daily and support the photo team as needed with other duties such as facilities support, photo assisting, etc.
- Need good organizational & communication skills
- MS Office (Excel)
- Google Apps
- Work in a fast-paced environment & multitask
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Have good physical organizational skills – packing and shipping
- Experience working in e-commerce or retail is a plus
- Basic Photoshop skills is a plus
- Knowledge of characters and films is a plus
- Have relevant work experience
