Job Description: Seeking a contract Senior Project Manager to support the Motion Picture Innovation Program. This position involves tracking projects across multiple studios and third parties to foster innovation for all of our Film and Episodic Productions. Passion for new technologies and paradigms is critical for anyone interested in the position.

  • Organize and facilitate project initiatives across internal business units and third-party strategic partners
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resourcing across the Motion Picture Innovation program
  • Ensure clear reporting of project status from project management team including: timelines, milestone tracking, budget status and issue identification to program management and stakeholders
  • Prioritize and escalate critical tasks, execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Work with program management to assess and define technology roadmaps with key deliverables and milestone dates
  • Create workflow diagrams of production technology processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes or improve efficiency
