Your primary responsibilities will include powder coating furniture while adhering to safety protocols. Previous experience in powder coating or a related field
Proficiency in electrostatic spray guns, sandblasting equipment, and curing ovens
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for tracking production processes and inventory management
Proficient in using computers, including data entry, report generation, and communication software
Ability to detect defects and ensure a consistent finish
Technical training in powder coating or industrial painting (a plus)
Soft Skills
Strong ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow them diligently
