Description Key Responsibilities:Calendar and Schedule Management:Oversee and maintain the family’s personal and professional calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and events based on urgency and importance.Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions to avoid disruptions.Travel Coordination:Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and ground transportation.Ensure all travel logistics are executed smoothly, from departure to arrival.Handle travel-related documentation, such as visas, tickets, and special requests.Personal and Household Management:Assist with the coordination of family events, functions, and gatherings, including private parties, charity events, and vacations.Manage household vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure the smooth running of the family home.Assist with personal shopping, gift purchasing, and other ad-hoc tasks.Confidentiality and Privacy:Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and trust at all times.Act as a liaison between the family and external contacts while maintaining a professional image.Communication Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication, including calls, emails, and written correspondence.Respond to inquiries on behalf of the family, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.Draft and proo documents, emails, and reports as needed.Project Management and Special Assignments:Manage long-term and short-term projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.Perform various personal errands and special tasks, as directed by the family members.Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with the family’s business partners, staff, and other key contacts.Act as a trusted advisor to the family, offering suggestions and solutions where necessary.
