The Resource Intervention Aide will work closely with students who require additional support and intervention in their academic and social development. This role involves collaborating with teachers and other staff members to implement personalized educational strategies and provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students. Potential part time or job share available.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student development.
Familiarity with IEPs and special education practices is beneficial.
Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus.
