Local Contractor looking for skilled individual.
The person in this position is responsible for preforming general maintenance tasks on a day-to day basis.
The following skills are a must:
1. Electrical- can lights, ceiling fans, new plugs and switches, trouble shooting, smoke detectors instillation.
2. Plumbing repairs- Water heaters, sinks, faucets, shower valves, drain lines, supply lines, toilets, leaking pipes, trenching and digging and/or irrigation.
3.Home Repairs- Doors, locks, windows, tile and grout, wall patches, painting and water proofing.
5. Remodels- Bathrooms, Kitchens, windows, doors, floors, base boards, trim work, roofing, decking, cabinets and counter tops.
Individual must be self driven, can preform tasks without supervision or minimal supervision, can composes themself in a professional manner. Individual must have a current and valid driver license along with a clean driving record. Must ensure that all maintenance tools are in good working condition.
