Description:

Help Desktop Tech (3):- Assist from a remote standpoint (patience & communication)- Active Directory (very light adding accounts, provisioning)- Office365, Windows 10, Active Directory, Duo (two factor authentication), multi-factor two factor authentication, onboarding Perform preventive / corrective maintenance of computer equipmentInstall, maintain and update computer equipment such as: PC / laptops and peripherals.Support to users via telephone, email, and on site.Technical support for plant users, service centers and warehouses.Check daily the status of IT tickets (Information Technology). Review the weekly IT (Information Technology) result.Provides advice to users on the proper and optimal use of IT tools (hardware and productivity software). Follow global HW (hardware) / SW (software) standard of the company. Provides good tools and practices for the user.Help in the maintenance of server/network equipment, cabling, WAN, LAN and Wireless (Wireless). If required.Knowledge of network printers, local and industrial label printers and scannersSpanish fluency a plus, but not required.
