Manages multiple engineering projects or processes across engineering disciplines. Performs difficult or complex engineering activities, and creates standard work for common procedures.Primary Responsibilities: Under minimal direction, plans, prioritizes, and manages multiple engineering projects; prioritizes tasks to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. Manages several components of a large scale, complex, or significant engineering project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Manages major responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines on a regular basis. Performs complex engineering activities that may not be attributed to a defined discipline and provides guidance to less senior employees. With some direction, creates and implements common procedures and standards for routine work across the organization. Manages major responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines on a regular basis. Performs engineering activities that cannot be attributed to a defined discipline. May also include professional employees required to perform activities across several disciplines on smaller sites.QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience.
