Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionDevelop and maintain a detailed project schedule, tracking all project milestones to ensure on-time delivery. Manage contract documents, ensuring they are complete, current, and appropriately filed. Set and manage client expectations, interfacing with engineering leads to ensure schedule compliance and with the project engineer to ensure successful design output as approved by the client. Review project submittal drawings and fabrication drawings per project for adherence to design intent. Meet budgetary objectives and generate change orders, obtaining customer approval.Responsibilities

Set and manage client expectations.

Interface with engineering leads to ensure schedule compliance.

Interface with the project engineer to ensure successful design output as approved by the client.

Review project submittal drawings and fabrication drawings per project for adherence to design intent.

Meet budgetary objectives.

Generate change orders and obtain customer approval.

Essential Skills

Project management experience in manufacturing.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Smartsheet.

3+ years of manufacturing project management experience.

Ability to read manufacturing drawings preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience with program management, scheduling, fabrication drawings, shop drawing, and engineering change orders.

Work EnvironmentThe first month will be 100% onsite. Hybrid schedule: 2 days work from home. Project Management Team consists of 9 total PMs and will support the Fabrication team.
