Digital Consultant (Merchant Services Business Product Manager)

Direct client Bank w2 basis Full Time Role Base Salary +Benefits

Locations: SF/Concord, CA Charlotte, NC Minneapolis, MN or Phoenix AZ or The ideal candidates will have experience in developing and implementing impactful new digital experiences using the Agile Framework, combined with strong cross-functional leadership skill while partnering with the Digital Product Manager with a flexible, team-oriented approach. A successful candidate will know to translate business needs into requirements for the Technology and Design teams. They will know how to navigate the organizational and governance challenges of a large, highly-regulated enterprise – and still know how to get things done.

Required Qualifications· 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

Other Desired Qualifications· Demonstrated success delivering complex digital projects using the Agile framework· Prior experience in building out Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria to clearly define work for the cross-functional team to build out· Experience working with Product, Pricing, Technology, Design teams, Process, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams· Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives spanning across multiple functions and multiple lines of business· Self-starter and highly motivated for success; strong communication and collaboration skills· Experience in the banking industry, or financial services industry experience· Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs, and recommendations; use analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product· Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals· Experience presenting recommendations to leaders and executive sponsors· Ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls· Comfort with shifting priorities, and an intuitive sense of relative perspective· A BS/BA degree or higher
