We are looking for a Clinical Coordinator for the BSN Nursing Program to join our team.A Nursing License is not required!The Clinical Coordinator oversees the daily operations of all aspects of clinical experiences in the Nursing Department. This includes, but is not limited to, clinical faculty, students, and clinical agencies. The Clinical Coordinator works closely with didactic and lead faculty to ensure that clinical experiences and practice skills are solidly integrated with and reflect application of theoretical material presented in the classroom and laboratory. The Clinical Coordinator participates in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of clinical faculty.The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating clinical sites used for clinical experiences in all nursing courses and maintaining positive relationships with staff at all clinical sites. The Coordinator assists in orienting clinical faculty to ensure that program and course outcomes are met and makes site visits during each clinical rotation to evaluate and provide support for clinical instructors. The Coordinator assists the Career Services Department in placement of newly licensed graduates into nursing positions.Maintain all required documentation for faculty, staff, and studentsMonitor and mentor all clinical facultyMaintain strong relationships with clinical agenciesPerform agency site visits and document outcomesFacilitate the resolution of clinical faculty, student, and site issues that may ariseEnsure all clinical documentation is maintained on file and is accurate, current, and completeOrientation of new clinical facultyWork closely with didactic and lead faculty to ensure integration and application of theoretical content and achievement of clinical course objectivesAttend clinical orientations at clinical agencies, as neededConducting on-campus orientations before students begin each clinical rotationParticipate in faculty meetings, new student orientation, and other campus-based meetings as requestedMaintain 100% compliance with all accreditation guidelines in clinical aspects of the nursing programDemonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skillsOther duties as assigned to meet business needsMaintain compliance with all nursing state, Federal, and accreditation guidelinesWork and communicate effectively with all campus departmental staffSupport all company initiatives by process and procedure as communicatedAdhere to all company policies and proceduresComply with all State, Department of Education, and accreditation regulations
