It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager in ATM and Branch Devices as part of Branch Transformation Management. As a Lead Product Manager supporting ATM and Branch Devices you will responsible for defining the product outcomes and strategy, and drive towards the end-state vision, you will also lead and align cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits. You will also support key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls. Help make our ATMs and Branches work better for our customers and employees

Lead complex initiatives for new products or enhancements to existing products

Conduct research and results-oriented analysis for best fit and desired functional requirements for products

Review and analyze existing products and functionality

Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of market dynamics, consumer trends, and regulatory impact

Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum teams, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals

Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong Process and Project Management skills

Demonstrated team player and collaborator

Ability to inspire and positively influence peers and partners

communicate complex concepts in simple terms

Lean mindset

ATM and/or Branch Device Experience

3rd party/vendor management experience

Strong organizations skills

Attention to detail
